The Kingdom of Swaziland, located in Southern Africa, is a landlocked nation. Due to its outstanding land for farming, around eighty percent of the population is involved in agriculture. Chief crops of Swaziland include corn, cotton, pineapples, tobacco, rice, citrus fruits, sorghum and peanuts. Sugarcane is also grown in the country, but chiefly for export. Tourism is also a significant industry of the nation and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors every single year, mainly from Europe and South Africa. Main industries of the country include mining, soft drink concentrates, wood pulp, sugar, textile and apparel. |
